As part of Sicame’s strategic growth plan for the German market, the group is further strengthening its market presence through the acquisition of another German company.
 

SOLUTION

With the acquisition of Kronenberg Freileitungsarmaturen GmbH, Sicame will strengthen its presence in Germany and further solidify its position across Europe. This strategic move will expand Sicame's product portfolio of DIN-standard fittings and hardware solutions while enhancing its technical expertise. Kronenberg, a mid-sized industrial company with over a century of experience, specializes in the development, manufacturing, and supply of fittings for low-, medium-, and high-voltage applications, serving the critical market of energy transmission and distribution operators.

Joining the Sicame Group will enable Kronenberg to further develop its product range, increase production capacity, and drive sales growth through the Group’s strong international network.
